Provider

FinanceHub (finance-hub.redswiss.ch) is operated by Anthony Thomas, a private individual resident in Switzerland. Contact: info@anthony-thomas.ch.

Purpose

FinanceHub lets you bring together and track your personal finances: wealth, accounts, insurance, real estate, securities and pensions, with analyses and calculators. These terms apply to any use of the service.

A tool, not advice

FinanceHub is an information tool. It provides no investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, manages no assets and sells no financial products. Analyses and simulations are based on the data you enter and on simplified assumptions: they are indicative. Consult a qualified professional before any important decision.

Brokers

The brokers who may be assigned to you are independent professionals. Their services are covered by separate agreements between you and them; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for them.

Search for LPP assets

We handle your request with care, but we cannot guarantee that any assets will be found. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.

Account

You provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions taken from your account. For company accounts, the company is responsible for its members and the data it enters about them. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

Use of the service

You use the service lawfully and only enter data you are entitled to use. Using it for fraudulent purposes or to infringe the rights of others is prohibited.

Plans and payment

A free plan and paid plans are offered as shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for each period and paid through Stripe.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, which is not refunded unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular during maintenance or outages.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is excluded. It is never excluded for intent or gross negligence (art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). We are not responsible for financial decisions made on the basis of the information displayed, or for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account at info@anthony-thomas.ch. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may change these terms. For significant changes we will inform you in advance by email or on the website. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of residence, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction under the law, in particular for consumers.
